Café Associate
Our Tyme-Out Café offers made-to-order organic juices, smoothies, awesome espresso drinks, soups, chilis, and more. We are currently seeking part-time and full-time cafe associates with flexible schedules (including nights and weekends) who have an interest in nutrition and healthy living to join our café team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, world-class customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Some café/restaurant experience a plus.
Supplement Educator:
Natur-Tyme’s new location at the Empire Plaza on Erie Boulevard is the Mecca of healthy living for Central New Yorkers. Due to successful business growth, we have an opening for a Supplement Educator.
Promote health and holistic wellness by providing information and education to customers for vitamins/supplements in a retail setting and over the phone. Assist in maintaining and stocking vitamin shelves.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years experience working with vitamins/supplements
- Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED
- College education a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to analyze and solve problems
- The ability to be a team player as well as work independently
- Maintain professional growth and development by reading reference materials on the proper usage of supplements
- Nutritionists, holistic health counselors, exercise physiologists, massage therapists, personal trainers, etc. seeking a rewarding position to supplement their income, encouraged to apply

Licensed Cosmetologist with Knowledge or Interest in Natural Beauty
Tucked inside Natur-Tyme is the amazing Enhanced Beauty Salon…Salon Services with a Conscience! We’re currently seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist who possesses an interest and knowledge in natural beauty to join our Enhanced Beauty team. This individual will work both on the store floor and in the salon.
On the store floor, the individual will provide professional hair and skin care consultations and complimentary makeovers and educate customers about our wide array of natural skin care products, hair care products, and Jane Iredale mineral cosmetics. In the salon, the cosmetologist will provide makeovers and/or haircuts, color, and styling.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is natural-minded, willing to learn, and possesses great leadership skills.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Current cosmetology license
- Experience in herbal healing and natural cosmetics preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Cross-Departmental Full-Time Associate
We are currently seeking a Full-Time associate to be cross-trained in a variety of positions, including cashiering, food and beverage prep, merchandising and clothing department maintenance. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, possess excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude, and have the ability to multi-task. We desire someone with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of café/restaurant business is a plus and knowledge of clothing/merchandising is a plus!
